DAY 1 — THINK LIKE A MACHINE, CREATE LIKE A DESIGNER 

• What creatives need to know about how generative AI thinks
• Visual styles, training data, model limitations  
• Aesthetics of AI: art, design, brand and image style control
• Prompt architecture: keywords, references, structure, visual grammar

• Prompting lab: hands-on with image generation (fast sprints)
• Real-world brief simulations (branding, editorial, creative concepts)
• Peer review: what looks good vs what works
• Challenge launch: Choose your creative direction (Brand Identity, Visual Story, Concept Art)
• Task: Begin generating a core image set for your chosen brief

DAY 2 — FROM OUTPUT TO CONCEPT

• Composing with intention: consistency, characters, layout
• Combining AI output other traditionally used design tools
• Visual identity: using AI for logos, typography, graphic language
• Layering meaning: using AI to build stories, not just images

• 1:1 mentor feedback on project direction
• Prepare your 2–3 minute visual pitch: concept, outcome, style, relevance
• Talk: “Your New Role: The AI-Directed Designer”
• Time for visual refinement, layout and storytelling structure
• Task: Finalize visuals and complete your project story

DAY 3 — SHARE YOUR VISION

• Present your project in 3 minutes (with visuals)
• Format: 1 visual story or brand concept or campaign direction
• Group critique + mentor feedback

• Visual storytelling polish: exporting for decks, moodboards, portfolios
• Final round of refinement
• Bonus: A look at AI’s impact on creative jobs and future skills
