Refund Policy

1. Colors Art Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session or course due to unforeseen circumstances. As an alternative, we offer the flexibility of a full refund, rescheduling, or the issuance of a credit note.
2. Please note that credit notes are non-transferable. They remain valid for a period of 3 months, and it is the learner's responsibility to claim them before the expiration date.
3. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation is permitted up to 10 days before the course commences, and such requests should be submitted in writing to campus@colorsartdxb.com. In such cases, we provide multiple options, including rescheduling, issuing a credit note, or a full refund. The refund process takes approximately 15 working days and will be facilitated through the original mode of payment exclusively.
5. In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen events or emergencies, we will evaluate each case on an individual basis, considering the unique circumstances of the learner. Please contact us at campus@colorsartdxb.com to discuss your situation, and we will strive to find a suitable resolution.
6. Please be aware that if a learner commences a course but is unable to complete it, we do not provide a refund. Instead, we offer the option of rescheduling to the next available session, allowing the learner to complete the course they have paid for and obtain the corresponding certificate.
